Videoscopes 4 Way Articulation

Models of 4mm, 6mm and 8mm diameter are available up to 7.5 Meters in length.  Common features include Tungsten protective braided stainless steel sheathing of multiple layers of the entire working length of the articulating videoscope.  Lighting is provided with LED High intensity lamps of 6500K sunlight color temperature and last up to 5000 hours.  The high intensity light is transmitted to the tip via Fiberoptic light guides.  The articulation actually exceeds that of a traditional designed 4 way articulation type scope as it’s 360 degree rotation at all angles, designed with a non motorized precision movement.  Thumb and index finger controls simultaneously the tip for positioning exactly in position while you are performing critical visual borescope inspections.  Various focal length and depth of field adjustable lens are optional depending each diameter videoscope model.  The interchangeable lens field of view (FOV) range from wide angle 120 degrees, 90 degrees and normal general purpose use of 60 degrees.  A side view 90 degree prism tip with a 60 degree FOV is available also on all models.  The bright 5″ LCD display in the handle of the videoprobe rotates for viewing at various angles while keeping the probe aligned at the area of interest, eliminating back strain and fatigue.  The display unit has normal video controls for white balance, AGC (Automatic Gain control), Gamma, Shutter, overall gain and time exposure.  A comparative measurement image analysis system is integrated in the firmware and design.  Zoom control operates in 16 steps and brightness, contrast and color controls are available.  Images can be annotated on screen with a text generator to overlay your inspection comments on the saved images.  Video format of the DVR recorder is standard MP4 format /AVI and still photos are non compressed BMP which can be converted to compressed Jpeg images.  Memory is a removable SD card up to 32 Gigabytes. The operating temperature range of the Sony Super HAD CCD image sensor is up to 140 degrees C.  The unit is waterproof up to 11 meters below the surface of liquid (1 bar).  Resistant to oils and saline and other common industrial lubricants and chemicals.  The unit has a removable Lithium Ion rechargable battery and also can be operated on AC with a 12VDC adapter.   Languages for the human interface UI include English, German, Polish, French, Spanish, Italian and Turkish.
